- Delete - Article fails WP:GNG and WP:NSOFT. There's no significant coverage in any third-party reliable sources. Interestingly there's an older and possibly notable compiler called CLIP (mentioned in the second-to-last paragraph) but it's unrelated to this article's subject. This compiler's website is dead and the scant few repos I could find for it haven't been updated in years, so I think it's unlikely that the lack of notability will change. - Aoidh (talk) 04:08, 5 January 2023 (UTC)
